This episode involves complex logic designs using:

Combinators, Smart Inserters, and Red & Green Logic Wires.

This level of sophistication is for Advanced Factorio Nerds, I mean Enthusiasts, and not intended for the faint of heart or the newly initiated.

You’ve been warned now proceed with great heedfulness.

In today’s Calculating episode of Far Flung Factorio, our Hero, ShredGuy99, has Smoothly Slipped into Combinator (aka Discombobulator) Nirvana by constructing a Remotely Controlled Manufacturing Plant for:

Basic Transport Belt (aka Yellow Belt)Basic Transport Belts (aka Yellow Belts)

Basic Underground Belt (aka Yellow Underground Belt)Basic Underground Belts (aka Yellow Underground Belts)

Basic Splitter (aka Yellow Splitter)Basic Splitters (aka Yellow Splitters)

Our Hero believes a precisely controlled factory will ensure sparse resources will be marshaled in just the right amount to every corner of our Far Flung Factory.

This methodology also ensures that the majority of our pollution is produced in very centralized locations… Such as the smelting array.

Dense defensive fortification is necessary around these pollution centers while outlying manufacturing plants can remain relatively undefended – A critical strategy when comparing our low level of military technology to the advanced state of bug evolution… Now exceeding 98%.

More work is needed but progress is clear.

So if your chin strap is fastened and your boots are laced up good and tight, tune in and feast one’s eyes on ShredGuy’s Adept Inclusion of Unnecessary Complication into the otherwise Simple and Straightforward.
